Question about Logitech Cordless Mouse
I have checked the batteries and they are good. However the mouse keeps cutting out. I replaced the batteries anyhow and after a few minutes the same thing happens. If I remove the batteries and replace them it will work for a few minutes again then quits. I just got this as a Christmas gift with a cordless keyboard
Try using the sync buttons on the receiver and mouse to resync them - it will select a different wireless channel that may have less interference on it. Also, check to make sure there isn't anything in blocking the optical led at the bottom (such as a hair or dust) and maybe try a different mousing surface. They can be picky sometimes on shiny or transparent surfaces.
