I emailed you a week or two ago about my attempt to purchase a user guide for my BT Freestyle 750 3-way telephone. I ordered it and paid £2.75 with my debit card through Google. I received a message from you dated 10/01/10 which made no sense to me and I am still unable to get hold of my user manual. This service, compared,say, to Amazon's, seems of no use whatsoever. I remain anxious to get what I paid for. Please get me what you promise below, ie. immediate assistance. Yours, C.Bygrave
