Will not play (by 2 users)

takes the charge
when it is hooked up to the pc charge light comes on & it shows song list
it may be as simple as the play button broken
can it be replaced?

one ear phone wont work

The battery may have drained all its storage capacity, you may need to send it back and have it replaced
