I called myself programming the new keys for my pt cruiser, but,it didnt take. At first it would start and run for a few seconds, now it wont turn over.what did I do wrong and how can I fix this?

Takes the master key to get it started again. The security gives you 3 tries to get the vehicle started, after the third time, it kills the starter.
2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser Note: You must have two valid keys to add a new key to the system.
1. Insert the first valid key into the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch to the
ON/RUN position for at least three seconds, but no longer than 15 seconds.
Then, Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position and remove the first key.
2. Insert the second valid key into the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch to
the ON/RUN position within 15 seconds. After 10 seconds, a chime will sound.
In addition, the Vehicle Security Light will begin to flash. Turn the ignition switch
to the LOCK position and remove the second key.
3. Insert the new key into the ignition switch. Turn the ignition switch to the
ON/RUN position.within 60 seconds. After 10 seconds, a single chime will
sound. In addition, the Vehicle Security Light will stop flashing. To indicate that
programming is complete, the Vehicle Security Light will turn on again for
seconds and then turn off.
The new key is now programmed. The Remote Keyless Entry transmitter will
also be programmed during this procedure.
Repeat this procedure to program up to eight keys.

How to program Chrysler Remote Transmitter

A Chrysler Transponder Key once programmed into a one car cannot be programmed to work any other car.

The transponder code identification is learned by the Sentry Key Immobilizer Module during programming. The Sentry Key Immobilizer Module sends the "Secret Code" to the transponder key and is retained by the transponder key during programming. After programming of the transponder key identification to the Sentry Key Immobilizer Module and the Secret Code is exchanged, the Sentry Key Immobilizer Module will ask for the transponder identification and the Secret Code every time the key is turned to ON or START.

Possible there is an error in the processor and it needs to be reset. You can switch off power, remove the plug from the mains and keep off for about 15-30 minutes. Make sure there is no moisture within the panel in which case you can allow the panel to dry -- after confirming that there is moisture on the panel.
Switch on after the time limit and if there is no response it is possible that the board has hung up.

Cant shut off my craig with remote or by buttons on tv

If the set works well then the fault is the standby shut off circuit. ou need to trace the processor standby out which leads to a transistor that switches ON/OFF on request from the processor. If there is data output but the transistor does not switch there can be short or leakage within. Replace and test the bias of the transisitor. If not the processor can also be the suspect. Your voltage check on the processor output will confirm

My PT Cruiser remote have no Panic Button How I programme another one

According to the 2003 Owners Manual:

You can program new keys to the system if you have two valid sentry keys by doing the following:
1. Cut the additional Sentry Key Transponder blank to match the ignition switch lock cylinder key code.
2. Insert the first valid key into the ignition switch and turn the ignition switch ON for at least 3 seconds but no longer than 15 seconds. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the first key.
3. Insert the second valid key and turn the ignition switch ON within 15 seconds. After ten seconds a chime will sound and the Theft Alarm Light will begin to flash. Turn the ignition switch OFF and remove the second key.
4. Insert a blank Sentry Key into the ignition switch and turn the ignition switch ON within 60 seconds. After 10 seconds a single chime with sound. The Theft Alarm Light will stop flashing, turn on for 3 seconds; then turn off.

The new Sentry Key has been programmed. Repeat this process to program up to a total of 8 keys."

Without 2 valid keys, it is back to the dealer for them to reprogram.

Also, could check the Chrysler PT Cruiser Sedan - Convertible Owners Manual (page 17)

Hope helps.
