Question about Toshiba Satellite A15-S157 Notebook
I'm having a disk error when I cut on the laptop. It wants me to press ctrl+alt+del. I do this and nothing happens. It still shows disk error. Can you help me?
Sounds like the hard Drive is bad.
Power on the computer and start hiting F8
Then there should be a option there to boot into safe mode.
If you can boot into this it is not your Hard drive.
You might have some spyware or viruses on it.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
