Problem with the speaker in z550i

My handset is sony-z550i......my problem with the handset is I am not able to hear the ringing sound from my mobile.Actually my handset fell down when I met an accident....so from that point of time I am not able to hear the sound from the mobile.......can anybody give me solution for this..

is any hardware went wrong in the handset?

good day, first check your settings, if your phone settings is fine, i suggest that you bring your cellphone to your nearest service center thanks
