a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

From your cryptic description, and the extremely limited details given. It sounds like you may have some spyware installed on your computer. If you have an anti-spyware program installed make sure it is NOT listed on 'The Spyware Warrior List of
Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites'
Those are "anti-spyware programs" that install their OWN spyware, while 'supposedly' removing everything else.
Use instead "Ad-Aware 2007", "Spybot - Search & Destroy" "SpywareBlaster" are three good ones. Beware of imitations and name similarities. install and update then run them weekly.
Then stay OFF of Weird and Strange websites! ;>)
Install McAfee SiteAdvisor.
