Audio no audio despite the fact that power comes on

I just had the same problem.
Take a look at the gold connectors where the remote cable attaches to the subwoofer

If one of them in bent slightly, it causes no sound.

use a screwdriver to fix it, and that should do it.

First things First !
1) Check power cord if is broken
2) If not power on Green Led or Red, then Speakers are dead.
3) Bad board or resistor in the sub board.
4) RMS speakers if got warranty.
