yes i solved the problem. Remove the wireless lan. Start the computer go to regedit hkey_local_machine/software/Compaq Wireless LA delete it and restart. download SP23031 search on google and run without wireless lan W200. Restart with the card installed it will configure itself.

it's not a hard process... just a little time consuming. but i've managed to take it apart fairly well
