This is so simple,you have a internet and you just go to google web page and type Canon PIXMA iP1800 InkJet Photo Printer drivers,
or type the canon web site http://www.usa.canon.com
and selest the consumer productes ans select the printers and appropriate modle.
than download the appropriate drives and download or install it.

Go to this web page:

IP1800 Support

If the "Drivers & Downloads" tab is not selected, select it.

Enter your operating system in the drop-down menu.

Drivers and additional software links will be displayed. Click on the file name to download them.

Save the file to your computer. (Desktop is easiest if you are not familiar with placing the files in a folder.)

You can then install the driver/software from your computer.

Install canon IP 1800
first of all you should install canon ip 1800 software then you should attach canon ip 1800
If you do not have its software then you have to go www.canon.com select your region choose your product and click on downloads to download its driver and install and attach device.

We recently purchased a new computor and cannot find the disk to install our canon ip 1800. Is there any way of getting another disk?
Contact Canon and have them ship you the media. If you just need the driver then visit thier website.

follow the following link to make it worksl;

firstly, go 2 d printer and faxes folder then add a new printer
then it will display some connection wizard 4 u.
where u will choose 4rm other alternative that is manually not 4rm cd rom
there u will find diff. kind of product 4 ur printer where u will choose the model, if u can find the model choose other
finally, print a test page and ur printer brgin to work automatically
