Please try the Fn+F6 or Fn+F8 key combinations. If you look at the Function keys in the keyboard, they will have symbols on them in Blue color, the same color as the Fn key. Find the symbol that resembles a touchpad like a mouse/box with finger , then hold down the Fn key and press that Function key, ie, F6 or F7 or F8. This will enable/disable the touchpad.
if you are trying to use a lap top to display on a Flat Screen TV, then hook the laptop to the TV with a 15 pin D cable or a HDMI cable(what ever connector you have in common), the switch the TV to PC and then look on your laptop for an ICON that shows a TV set and acomputer screen together. On mine it is hold down the function key and tap the F6 key( Fn+F6) on some computers it is the Fn+F5 key, this switches the display from the laptop out to the TV on to the Aux PC input.
You have to hit the blue Function key (Fn - bottom left on keyboard), at the same time as you hit the F6 key. You'll see an icon come up on your display (bottom right corner) that shows a webcam. To turn it off, use the same procedure and you'll see ther same icon but with a red circle with an "x" in it. This is called "toggling" it on and off. The webcam will only work when you launch an application that uses the webcam.
To connect to a Bluetooth device that has pictures on it that you want to offload onto your PC: You'll need to turn your Bluetooth on (Fn key plus F11 - hit it once for wireless, twice to turn on Bluetooth; Toggle to turn each on and off). Click on Search for Devices and it will auto-detect the camera/phone/other device.
have you tried the Fn + F6 key combo? you can then use the cyberlink youcam software that is on the programs menu - i think you might have to register the software whne you first set it up.
