Question about Samsung CLP 300 Laser Printer
Does anyone have a service manual or anything that shows how to assemble/disassembe the fuser unit on the Samsung CLP-300? if so, mabey you could scan the page and email it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org , just remove the nospam. , make sure the . as well. Please Help, Thanks
Thank you but I purchased a manual from manualuniverse before seeing your post.
I was able to take apart and put everything back. I must have missed a small piece of paper in the fuser, as the paper starts coming out, then goes sideways.
Back to dis-assembly.........

Samsung fuser units are very suceptible to voltage variations and get damaged easily. The fuser's thermofuse probably got damaged and became unable to read temperature. The only way to get it fis is to replace the fuser in an Authorized Service Center (ASC). Your unit has a 1 year complete warranty coverage by Samsung and any real ASC without charging you.
After the unit is fixed, get a good transient surge suppresor to help protect the unit. Good luck.
