Drive problem I can't burn a CD with photo jpegs. I can burn CD's with music and data files, but not photos. In particular, I'm trying to burn photos that I've dragged onto my desktop from my Kodak Easy Share account. Any suggestions?

I deleted the photos from my Cyber shot Sony DSC-S700 permenantly. But i want to retrive them back

I'd recommend that you download this camera photo recovery program called asoftech photo recovery
http://www.asoftech.com/apr/

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

Will my DVD 300 play photos recorded on a CD-R disc?

Yes it should, as it supports JPEG file playback.
Create a folder on your desktop, drag and drop the photos you want onto it and then burn the folder onto a CD-R.
Alternatively, most Photo software allows you to create a CD from your photo collection.
Photos must be in the JPEG format (pretty much the default and most common file format used for photos).

Some of the pictures was lost. How to recover it?

You can often successfully recover deleted files from a PC, phone or camera memory card or USB Memory stick, it just depends on what's happened since the files were deleted.
When you delete files the data itself isn't deleted, just the index entry that says where the data for those files is located. The space containing the deleted files is also now marked as free space so it is available to the system for any new files to be written there instead.

If and when that happens, then it becomes too late to recover your deleted files so it is very, very important to not save any new files or data to the device concerned.
If the deleted files are on a memory card or USB memory stick, just don't save any new files to it.

One of the easiest ways to see if you can recover deleted pictures is to try some photo recovery software. Recommended asoftech photo recovery as it saved my life many times.

Some of my photos in olympus master just disappear, why? Can I have the photos recover?

In this case you should try some photo recovery software to see if you can recover the lost photos, here are some programs you may rely on. Both programs can also recover videos and music.

Photo Recovery Software (for Windows)
Mac Photo Recovery Software (for Mac OS X)

Note: Before your pictures are recovered, do not attempt to save more files to the Olympus memory card in case the original files(your photos) are overwritten.
