Question about Microsoft Windows Xp Home Edition Sp2 English Mlp Na Only Additional License (n0901086) for PC
I have an emachine T3256 with windows xp with SP2. I was infected by a virus - Trojan Vundo. I ran the Fix Vundo from Symantec and then did a full system scan by Norton and one by A-Squared and they showed no virus now. The problem is that I can not get any icons or menu bar on my scrren and I must open all programs/files through the Task Manager. What do I need to do to fix this? I have the original Emachine restore DVD but I don't know if it has a windows repair option on it. I'm afraid to try it for fear of losing everything. I also have by System Restore turned off. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

if you want to reinstall the windows means no problem you can reinstall
the repair option will come...

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
