I'm assuming here that you mean that you want to connect your ps3 to the internet through a windows laptop connected to the internet wirelessly, correct me if i'm wrong...
- connect an ethernet cable into your ps3 and the other end into your laptop
- Connect to the internet on your laptop
- go to control panel on the laptop
- go to network connections
- select "Local area connetion" and "wireless network connection"
- right click on one of them while they're selected
- click bridge connections
