Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Fit

hi there!
The program doesn't fit on computer screen because the resolution of computer screen is too low. could you right click on the desktop and change resolution of screen to higher. I guest your current is 800x600. Change it to higher will fix your problem.
( another way to change to enter button is using Tab key on the keyboard. Every time you hit Tab key, it will move to next button on the program.Try Tab and hit Enter on the keyboard.)
Hope this will help.

Need to shrink my computer screen back to normal size have windows vista

Right click on any open area of the desktop screen and select Screen Resolution. There should be a recommended Resolution size or keep trying different resolution till it fits the screen. Your screen size will determine your resolution. 17in 19in 22in 24in etc.

Boot into the Advanced Boot Options screen to select options to start Windows 7 in advanced troubleshooting modes.
Here's how ...
Turn on or restart your computer ..press and tap F8 key until you see the advanced boot options screen, and select "Repair your computer"Option.
You will get to a list of system recovery options that you can use to repair startup problems, run diagnostics, or restore your system.
Choose the system restore option .
Select (click on) a listed restore point that you want to restore Windows 7 back to.
The same for Windows Vista .You can access the menu by turning on your computer and pressing the F8 key before Windows starts.
If you are using Windows XP.Startup your computer in safe mode.and create a new user account or uninstall the video driver .(check this link for help)

Hello,

Press the F11 button to get full screen.
To return back to normal screen, press the F11 button again.

You can also hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard and Scroll down the scrolling button on the mouse.
To revert to normal , again hold the CTRL button on the keyboard and scroll upwards.

Hi - After using a projector recently, all websites that I pull up on my HP laptop (in either firefox or IE) are very big and I can't see the left or right edges. I've checked properties on my desktop and...

try doing this. Start firefox. hold down the Ctrl button. Press "-" (minus) twice and watch the screen. If it shrinks do it again dont let off the Ctrl button. Keep hitting '-' (twice) until it shrinks to a size you like.

Monitor is enlarged, wont return to normal size

You may have hit the "F11" key which takes the open window to fullscreen. "F11" toggles large, small... If not that, beboot. If that doesn't clear it up, then the display settings have gotten altered. Right click on the desktop, select "settings" and increase the resolution. Windows should prompt you to keep or reject the change. Select yes or no when prompted.
