Question about GE Wireless Optical Mini Mouse 3087897985
We just set up a computer system that my sister gave to us. The problem......it's a DELL Dimension 4300 and it came with a GE Wireless keyboard and a GE wireless mouse. It's not working or seeming to recognize anything. We changed the batteries and no luck. We restarted the computer - again, no luck........thoughts?
Are both keyboard and mouse communicating with a single wireless devices, or each has it's own? sometime you need to sync the signal to the wireless device. but do this first... ask your sister if the mouse was working before she gave it to you, there is a possibility that the mouse is broken/no working. if it's an optical mouse, the mouse that has lights sensor, make sure it lights up...
