Maytag Atlantis washer top load --MAV7200AWq

Hi,

I've been having a lot of appliance problems this year already....I have a Maytag Atlantis washer. It would stop in a cycle and would not advance. I found that putting a bit of pressure on the back right corner would start it. Today when i went to do laundry it wouldn't even start. not do water or anything...

Is there help out there for it, or do i just need to give up the ghost and get an new washer. This is the first trouble i've had out of it since i got it.

Sounds like you have a loose connection. I would double-check all wiring connections and also the connection from the level control pressure switch.

hi thanks for the question sometimes a lot of suds in tub will cause this cause lint and suds stick to the outer tub and is difficult to remove try filling the tub with hot water and use vinegar in the water half bottle let stand for 4or 5 hrs . now drain the tub should work thanks for the question the appliance doc

hi. thanks for the question .the clicking sound is something caught, in water pump. the rubber smell is the belt . pull washer away from the wall. small door at the back left corner ,remove pump on the floor. remove 3 3/8 bolts remove. replace . belt underneath washer . replace thanks the appliance doc please rate me
