Hi there... there is no way to get your password back... just format your phone and this will remove the password option....but you will loost all the data stored on your phone....but data on MMC will be safe...
All the Best.

here is some info on PUK codes:
try taking battery and SIM out waiting 15 seconds and powering cell back on.
In your case I believe your SIM is now FROZEN or locked. You mostlikely will need to purchase a new SIM card.
PUK code (Pin Unlock Key) is required when you enter an incorrect PIN 3
times. After entering the wrong PIN 3 times, the card will be locked and
you will need to get a PUK code from your service provider to unlock it.
If the wrong PUK code is entered ten
times in a row, the SIM card becomes invalid and you will need to purchase a new SIM Card. The phone will display
"PUK blocked call operator".
HI If you are asking for pin number contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim. Contact your sim customer care department over phone.
There will be a security check to know whether you are the owner of that sim so noone can unlock it without owners information.
Contact AT&T, ask if your phone could be unlocked to other networks. If you're paying by contract, you will have to wait until your contract has expired, then you may ask for it to be unlocked to other networks.
You can lock the SIM and/or the phone. PIN or SECURITY codes you'll have to use one or the other of the codes so in this case you have three ie: 1 for SIM #1 and 1 for SIM #2 plus 1 security code for the phone.
Put the original SIM in the phone and go to tools and switch off phone security code. Then change sim.
