Because your problem appears after 1 hour... suggests me that your TV's tuner unit or cable box is at fault.
After the unit generates heat, the components (capacitors) in the tuner is affected and throws off the frequency of each channel.

Hello, probably you did an automatic channel scan, to define a particular station within a particular channel. You need to scan channels manually. You click on the menu and go to the part of the scan channels. There are usually guidance by stages. Let me know if success, good luck!
