Google: Windows Document Viewer, download the program, and you should be able to view any document up to a word 2007 document.

I bought a new laptop.it has a genuine microsoft office that is pre-installed. but when i enter tha activation key to use it..it doesn't run.it says error. what should be done???

Check that the activation key is the one for Microsoft Office, not the one for Microsoft Windows.

Check that the pre-installed Microsoft Office is _NOT_ the "30-day-or-30-usages" free-trial version. If it is, you'll need to purchase a license-key, either online through Microsoft, or at any retail computer-store, and enter that key.

Check the value of the key: ZERO-versus-OH, ONE-versus-ELL, FIVE-versus-ESS, EIGHT-versus-BEE, and OH-versus-QUEUE.
(A pox on Microsoft for using a hard-to-read font, and for using those "look-alike" graphics!.)

How to convert the microsoft 2007 to 2003?

Writing a document and saving - the document will be saved as .DOCX.
DOCX is the 2007 version.
Saving as 2003:
Use Save As - and here you can save as .DOC
Now the document is saved in a version which can be read by the 2003 version

Convertor office 2007 file to office 2000 or 2003

There is no need for a converter to convert your Office 2007 document into Office 2003 because right in Office 2007 you can save it as 2003 document so that whenever you open that document into lower version of Office you can still access it without any hassle. But you have to understand that some features that you use in Office 2007 may not appear in the lower versions thus some forms and letter may not be available. See the image below...

I currently have microsoft office professional 2007 trial version which has expired. If I don't want to order it and just go back to my 2003 version can I just cancel the 2007 version? Will it just convert...

If you still have the installation CD for Microsoft Office 2003 and the key that goes with it, you can un-install the Trial version of Office 2007 and install Office 2003. Files saved Office 2007 format are not redable with Office 2003.

To preserve your files (the ones made with Office 2007) you must go through the following procedure:
  1. Open each file with the application that created it (Word, Excel, Powepoint, or what have you)
  2. If it its a Word 2007 file save it in Word2003 format
  3. If it is an Excel 2007 file save it in the Excel 2003 format.
  4. Etc.
This is only necessary if you intend to modify them at some later time.
If you only want to read (not modify) them you can still do that because Microsoft offers a free Word viewers.

Other free software you can use to open files created with Office 2007 is OpenOffice.org 3. You might lose some formatting but the files will be accessible to you.

How do i export data from excell to myob i have the 2003 microsof

Hello,
You are going to do the opposite.
Not exporting from excell to myob but to import data of excell from myob)
You might need to save your excell data as an older office 2000 or office 97 version or even comma or tab sepperated file so myob could read it, it depends on your myob version and if it possible.
Thank you for using agadycom.
