Probably will have to download them thru usb port to computer if they are there.
I found it best to download it thru the usb when possible rather than handle and risk damaging the card, just a little static can ruin it.

I can see all my pictures that I took on my camera but when I put my memory stick in the computer and at Walmart photo lab they are on my memory stick..why?

Trying taking the memory card to a computer and looking through it for the photos. Take them off and put on pc. Then format memory card. Place memory card back in camera and take a picture. Then put memory card back in pc and take original photos and drop into folder that has new picture you took. It should work by noe if not then get a new memory card. Then try again.

Erasing the pictures using the computer is the problem. Your camera does not recognize the card anymore. If your pics are safely on your computer, format the card in the camera to get it working again.

Internal memory

Use the USB cable that came with the camera and connect it to the camera and then the computer. If you have software that came with the camera you might want to install it.
Create a folder to put them in so when you plug in the cable and the window comes up, click open files to view. Then just drag and drop them into the files.
Or you can remove the memory chip and insert it into your computer and drag and drop.

Put the memory stick inside the camera. Then open the photos which is save in your camera memory. Select them all & then you find a option Send to memory card or copy to memory card. Select that and press ok. Your photos transfer from camera memory to memory stick.

My chip fell out, I took some pictures they are saved in the camera how can I transfer them to the chip?

If you're calling the SD memory card a chip, then you need to transfer the images with a USB cable to your computer. Once that's done put the memory card back in the camera and all subsequent photos will record on the card.

If you took the pictures, and stored them on the camera's internal memory, then put in a memory card, it will read from the card and you wont be able to see the photos that are actually stuck on the camera. Try removing the SD card, then check for your photos.

Conversely, if you took the photos when the card was in, and then removed the card, the photos wont be stored on the camera, so you should look for the card.
