WINDOW XP I HAVE WINDOW VISTA IN MY LAPTOP BUT I WAMT TO INSTALL WINDOW XP

You are download grading your Operating System to XP from Vista. Drivers for Vista and XP are diferent.

You can download the Audio drivers for XP from Dell Support Site for your laptop.
Check your "Device Manager" and uninstall the previous drivers and reinstall the XP Audio drivers downloaded from Dell Site.

Best way is boot to the VISTA DVD and delete the NTFS partition. Once you have done that, you should be able to boot to the XP CD and install XP. Caution, make sure you have already downloaded and saved the XP drivers for this model system, before you do the XP install. Some vista systems do not have drivers for XP or have FIRMWARE issues with rolling back the OS on some devices (Dell bluetooth 360 is one)

Make sure u have a Sata Driver included in your Windows Cd/Dvd

hi im josh in cebu phils.may i help you? if you want back your windows xp. try to install again the cd driver for xp then you just selec to abate the windws vista so that it will stop and the wndows xp will be the one to operate. thats all friend hope i helped you.good luck

Dear the drivers which u have for vista for eg LAN / SOUND/ CHIPSET they all are common for any operating system ur load...............so don't take tension install xp & load the drivers.........................Sameeraryan

hiii,u can just format vista by vista cd.then install xp.

when you go to install xp it will ask you to format the partition anyways so just make sure you're formatting the right partition and you should have no probs. good luck

if you mean install windows xp instead of vista yes you can but you will have to find all your drivers for m/board video sound etc

My problems is Microsoft works. I thought when I bought this computer from Best Buy that it wasn't trial one. It keeps telling me to put the # in. I can't seem to find the # they one. I have used without the #. But it dosen't let me do everything with out it.

it is not possible to upload xp when vista has already been installed.
if you want xp & vista both in your system
remove vista
install xp
& later install vista .


it is not possible to upload a olderversion(xp) when you have newer version(vista)
