Question about Canon IMAGERUNNER 6570 Copier
Recently my Cannon MP830 (acquired last year) has been showing an error message that one cartridge or another is not recognizable, or that there are more than one of the same.. The most recent cartridges installed are Cannon products and no two of teh same is installed. Each time taht the message shows I am forced to spend soem time removing and reinstalling the identified cartridge until the alarm light goes off and printing resumes. Can you advise me whats the source of te problem?
I resolved this problem (hopefully) by downloading an updated printer driver from the Cannon USA site.
