Question about Philips SA5125/37 MP3 Player
One day I connected my SA5125/37 to the pc. The computer chrashed and the player since then wont turn on. Ive tried everything, but when i connect it to the pc it says it's an MTP device and i now cant do anything on it. Resetting doesn't work. When i turn it on it is stuck at the white Go-Gear screen:(
Someone Pleeeeaaaaasse Help me
Sounds like the firmware has corrupted.
Install and run the Philips Device Manager from the product CD.
Select the restore / repair option and follow the on-screen prompts.
This will re-install the firmware and format the player.
