My dell all in one AI920 does not scan. the button is not respondiong neither can I get it to respond from the desk top.I keep getting a message which says dlbkaiiox.exe-entry point not found. how can i fix this?

I would try this.



You may have a virus, malware, adware, a browser hijacker, or pups (potentially unwanted programs).



A. If your computer will boot and you can operate it ok...

Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can\'t do the download on your machine, do it on a friend\'s, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found.



B. If your computer won\'t boot, or can\'t operate properly after boot...

Tap F8 when you are booting, select "Safe Mode With Networking". Download and install Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (Note: If you can\'t do the download on your machine, do it on a friend\'s, put them on a thumb drive, and install them from it). Then scan your computer with each program, and quarantine anything found.



C. If this process finds malware, to keep stuff like that from coming back, I recommend you get the paid version of Malwarebytes.

try to add another folder to the desk top and try again

or try to right click on the desk top and add new folder

uninstall the driver and printer software, restart the machine and then reinstall or let it pick the driver automitacally

If the POWER Button on the TOWER is blinking AMBER (Yellow) then the most likely failure point is the POWER SUPPLY in the Tower.

It is very possible you have malware infecting the systemm. Get the download below, install and update. Then when the program starts, perform a quick scan, let it run and when the scan is finished, hit the show results button and then delete all that it finds. Then rebot the machine.

I've had this happen to me by accident once and a while. if it's many months then possibly re-installing the touchpad drivers (or updating them) would help.
You can also adjust mouse settings in the control panel, found in my computer on the left side of the window.
