If the motor is running during the time its supposd to be agitating and the motor is running during the time its supposed to be spinning. then you need to replace the motor coupling. it connects the motor to the transmission it is broken and the is no connection anymore. the motor coupling is only about 10 bucks.

Hi, Do you know if the lower half of the agitator is working? THere is a dog kit that might need replaced in the agitator to get the top half to work. If neither half agitates, there is probably a transmission issue. Start the washer with no laundry in it and see if either sections of the agitator work.
I hope this helps you.
Hi, Is the humming noise coming from the timer area? Do you know if it agitates ok? When you have it in spin cycle, Try lifting the lid and see if the hum stops. The reason for these questions is that on this model, if it drains the water out but does not spin, it is either lid switch, coupler, or transmission. If it's the coupler, it will not agitate either. Please let me know so I can assist you further.
hi without further investigation its a bit hit or miss , does the whole tub tilt or is it just the inner drum ?
if its just the inner drum then it sounds like the bearings are on there way out
if its the whole tub then it could be one of the springs that it hangs from or the shock absorber underneath that may have come adrift
hope this helps
