Question about Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo Thermal Printer
My Dymo Duo started making a strange noise whilst trying to print the large address label, on opening up the top of the machine I found a label stuck to the roller and am unable to remove it. After only having this machine for 5 months I am frustrated as to how to remove this stuck label and in the meantime am unable to use the machine!
The labels have a 2 yr warranty, so contact Dymo customer support and if they can't help you return the printer to the retailer you purchased from for a new printer. The Dymo LabelWriter DUO is an expensive printer that Dymo stands behind.
