Question about Acer Aspire 5100 Notebook
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item
Check in device manager if the webcam is recognised, it's under imaging device in device manager. if it is there, try to re-install the software for orbicam, if this still not working, reload using alt+10 during boot.
if it isn't there try to reseat the camera cable, it's under keyboard.
