This error is caused because of your PS3 lens. It's probably dirty because of a long period from dust build up. So to fix this problem, it's high likely that you need to open up your console and fix it from within, but how?
Well, in order to fix an error like this, you can do 2 things. You either send your console over to Sony, or you will actually fix the problem all by yourself. But, what's the best option to do?
A Couple Of Tips That Might Fix The PS3 Disk Read Error
1) Restart your Playstation 3. 2) Check for loose cables. 3) Unplug all cables, and plug them all back in correctly. 4) Take out the hard drive, and put it back in correctly.

PS3 Disk Read Error Fix By Sony, Do Or Don't?
This sounds like a pretty normal and good option right? But, you wanted a cheap, quick and an easy fix right? Well, then this option isn't your cup of tea. When you do this, you'll have to pay $150. But, this only needed if your warranty has been expired.
Also, you will have to wait for 4-8 weeks before you console will be fixed.
Fix Ps3 Disk Read Error All By Yourself With The Use Of A Repair Guide?
Actually, this is your best option that you've got. You see, when you do this the repair will be cheap, quick and as long as you use a repair guide, it will be pretty easy too! In fact, I highly recommend you to take a look at this video and also on precautions.

Leser Cleaning: This laser is super sensitive. Do not touch it with your finger or anything that could potentially damage it or leave a mark.
1) Canned Air. Get a can with a mini straw and blow it out pretty good. If it's giving you problems, blow out the ventallation ports as well.
2) Disc Cleaner. Best buy makes a disc cleaner that looks like a DVD. This is not the best way to go but it might work. Ask an employee what they recommend using.
3) Q-tip. If you have already opened it; or are past waranty and desperate to get it cleaned, open up the console and with a Q-tip dipped in a very small amount of rubbing alcohol (make sure it's not wet, just damp) SUPER LIGHTLY give the laser one good rub.
Please make sure you're giving it a good means of ventallation and ensure to never put it on carpet.

How to download unreadable disc for lexmark printer

The printer install disc may be faulty or your disc drive is faulty.
Insert the disc into a different computer, if it can be read then the problem is your disc drive.
If it is your disc drive, turn off your computer, open your computer and remove and reconnect the power and data cables on the "faulty" drive, switch on your computer, let it boot up and install the printer disc.
If it still cannot read the disc then you need to replace the faulty disc drive with a new one.
