I have a emerson 4gb touchscreen mp 3 player and now the connection for usb cord is not working...i keep getting no device connected or found. now i think my battery is dead and it won't turn on at all. i would like to remove all the music files if possible

You just buy a new cable for 7 bucks, or you can use and phone charger lead that fits. It is USB 5 volts.

Hi,
Please install the driver your device in computer. Then use media player in computer to play your MP3 files. You will encounter bad communication between computer and your player if you don't installed correct driver in computer.

Coby MP-C7095 Won't turn on
On my Colby player there is a small reset hole in the back. Mine has sometimes just stopped playing and shuts off. If you use a small wire (paperclip works well) push it in and reset it.
