Is it feasible to send it for repairs?

This "solution" had nothing to do with the problem. I just wanted a simple yes or no. Is it worth it to have it fixed?

My ipod screen is cracked and and a couple weeks ago it got dropped while it was raining now the screen won't react to my touch

Your Ipod needs repairing. Take it to an Apple repairer and get a quote. If the repair is too high then put your money towards a new Ipod.

The plastic screen isn't broken, but when I turn it on, it appears as broken.

if there are no visible marks or cracks on the plastic case itself then it sounds like the LCD screen behind the plastic protective screen is cracked or damaged (especially if its been dropped, or had a lot of pressure put on it e.g. left in a pocket when sitting down, heavy object on it), if its new i would consider taking it back with the receipt for a replacement.

otherwise it will need someone with some repair skills to replace the screen.

Dropped itouch now half of screen is gray everything else works fine just can't see half the screen

It's most likely a broken LCD. You can use a ipod repair guide that will show you how to replace the screen step by step, or you can go to the ipod repair nyc.

Dropped my SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 player- screen broken

Probably not. Open a ticket with the sandisk.com support and see if you can get it replaced if it's under warranty. you may have to call because they are kinda slow at getting to the tickets.

Thank you and please respond with any comments or more questions.

Dropped it!

This shows that your screen has been damaged. Unless you notice anything like a visual crack on it. Just take it to the service centre and say ur ipod wont turn ON. Dont say anything that u dropped it. Be innocent and if ur lucky ur ipod may be replaced. Please rate me...!!!

Thankyou
