Probable cause. Computer Virus, Disk Space Error, Disk Space damage. Try to formatting it using the settings in your Walkman or in the computer you can format the disk of your Walkman. after you have it done, try to do your task and if it's still not working contact the service center ASAP.

Hi, I have a problem with my printer... I refiled the cartridge and the computer says that is still empty. Sorry for my English.... Pls help me if you can...

Hi

Found this, think it's a good explaination.

"HP Printers internally keep track of your cartidges by a serial number embedded into the cartridge. When it's low, the printer remembers. This is entirely done within the printer itself, and not the printer software. However, most HP printers will only keep 2 cartridges in memory, so if you have 2 extra cartridges, (even empty ones) you could cycle them through to reset the printers memory, and reset the ink level to full. Basically, even though you've refilled your cartridge, the printer has the cartidge's serial number stored in memory. This will reset it."

Hope this helps

Zen mozaic has frozen and now it won't even turn off, have tried pressing all the buttons but nothing happens

Did you try the reset button on lower left side of player? I use a twist tie and cut paper or plastic off tip to press button.

My player isn't recognized by the Device Manager or Windows Media Player

I was experiencing this similar problem, and from my research so were alot of other people, what finally worked for me was this:

  • Update all the software on your computer via Phillips site
  • Open the Philips Device Manager
  • With the device connected and the 'connected to pc' screen showing on the GoGear, do a 'soft reset' by holding the Power Off + Volume Up buttons for a few seconds
  • As soon as the device restarts itself, hold the Volume Down button, the computer should now recognize the GoGear
  • Follow the onscreen directions to Repair the device
  • Thank the intarwebs.

Bad track error. songs arent deleting after reformatting and resetting multiple amounts of times.

There are 2 ways to format an mp3 player - if you were formatting the mp3 player from "My Computer," then try reformatting from Windows Media Player instead - I have a "tips and tricks" entry on How to Format an Mp3 Player for details

If that doesn't work, then double-click on My Computer, double-click on the Sansa player, and go to the various folders that it lists - music, voice, etc. Delete the songs ONLY - do not delete the dat, bat, ini, inf, or other system files
