Hello M.S. I have been a copier field engineer for 20 years but I am only 2 months into this "FixYa" gig. It's pretty neat. I happened to see an opportunity to contact another tech and by reading some of your feedback and considering your "handle " I chose to add you as a tech buddy. In retrospect, you may have neither wanted or needed anyone do this, and I don't quite know to what degree I have breached your privacy and space. So if i have stepped out of bounds I am sorry. to be honest I don't quite know to what degree I have enhanced an ability to communicate. Which was my intent, find a fellow traveler to bounce ideas off of. As I am sure you are aware, there are vast differences in quality of the gene pool regarding some of the knottheads who "presume" they have the expertise to answer questions in person much less the added twist of trying to help some one from long distance. So I thought I might contact another tech that could be beneficial in the event of the need for a sounding board and vice versa.

i channged toner in my sharp sf-2022 copier, now i have black smudge-like marks going across paper & the copys are real light begin to fade 1/2 way thru page? cleaned 1 of the rollers, helped a little with the black marks but copys are still almost faded? was going to clean drum but am not sure where it is located? please help with any suggestions or guides.
