More than likely that is a main board problem. Check to see if you have stand by voltage. if you have stand by its the main board if you don't then its the power supply.if you change the main board out and it don't work then your Tcon board is bad too. thats the problem 99%
of the time when you have half screen.
If after you shut it down and after a while turn it on again and it works the same way. It sounds like a heat problem. We here at Pro Line Music are a Peavey service center. If you can not get any local help you can send it to us. [email protected]
If u are trying to change the input from dvd to usb or the other inputs. All you have to do is hold down the play button on the front of the dvd home theater system until it starts to flash then press it again and keep pressing until u find the input u are looking for. It will rotate thru all inputs even the ipod input.

what kind of furnace do you have? Is it electronic or standing pilot? If you have electronic then it could be flame sensor if you have standing pilot and the pilot goes out and you have to relight then it is probably the thermocouple what is going through an 1/2 flex pipe explain this a little more. Have you checked filter.
Not sure exactly what is meant by half way it shuts off. My furnance wouldn't heat to 68 degrees from a setting of 63 degrees on the setback thermostat without shutting down several times with a single flashing led. It would reset after an hour or so until it finally reached the 68 degrees. The problem turned out to be the tube that drains the water from the blower assembly. It had a belly in the middle which would cause the water to sit and block the airflow sensor for the gas value. Lifted tube to allow proper drainage to correct.

With the unit unplugged, remove the top cover and use an
ohmeter to check the 10 power transistors on the large heat sink; Q6050 thru 54 and
Q6060 thru 64. If you find blown transistors (R<1 ohm from E to C) you'll
need to replace them. After removing the shorted transistors, also check the associated
large ceramic current sharing resistors, R6100 thru 04 next to the output
transistors. These are dual 0.22 ohm, 2W resistors that typically fail open if
overstressed. These are both common failures resulting from overloading the
speaker outputs that will cause the proctection circuit to shut down the power
supply at turn on. Good luck.
Maybe all you need is to dust off the DVD player's pickup. I have had this happen several times with several players. After dusting the pickup, those players are still in service.
