You may get the wrong format for your MP4 Player. So i recommend you to use a video converter to convert the videos you have to the one you need. i have used this video converter for long and it is really easy to handle. Go and have a look. http://www.leawo.com/leawo-video-converter/
Let the battery completely drain, and after a while charge it using the charger available else thru computer without turning it on.. let it charge for 50% and then try switching it on. Try this if not get back to me.
I format my mp4 through my computer & when the mp4 suddenly freeze, I just have to connect it to another USB cable to my computer & it'll start working again. Basically, you need 2 'USB cable' to interchange if your ASK mp4 start freezing.
I had this problem with my player (th 1101) when I was transferring songs from iMesh. After awhile I found out that even though I could listen to the files on the computer some wouldn't go on the mp3 player. Looked it up and there is an encoding on some tracks (preimium tracks they call it) that unless you pay for them they won't transfer off the computer (CD, MP3 players ect.). They also had free tracks that works just fine. Hope that helps
