I pressed and held the power button for 15 seconds to reset the Sansa. It then took me back to the main menu.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Stock o4' durango infinity 3.5mm auxiliary on back?

You would do well to just get an RF adapter that you can plug the mp3 or ipod into . This device will use a FM RADIO FREQUENCY to broadcast your music, then you simply tune your factory deck to the station that you selected to broadcast on and you can listen to your music the way you want to.It will definitely save you money

My nextar 2.8 widescreen media player freezes on the medialib screen, i cant play music or anything it wont turn off unless i use the switch

Try resetting the device it?s usually a small pinhole on the back or side of the device try holding that in for about 10 seconds OR Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.

Need to change hold music ASAP

How about turning off the Music On Hold source at the phone system. It will be an external device ( radio, mp3 or cd player ) and turn it back on when you are on-line.

Everything is wiped out and so is the radio! Please help !!

The Music DB refers to the information (i.e. - Artist, Album, etc.).

The device need you to free up 6MB so it can create this.

Connect the device to the PC and delete several songs until you have at least 6MB free.

Disconnect it, restart, and youre all set.

Best of Luck.

It won't let me play my music!

no worries. there may be a read error. if it still connects to your computer fine download all of the files, movies, mp3, mp4 etc back onto your computer. once you have done this go into the file holding all of the mp3's and set the file to show details and look for a mp3 that is the incorrect file size... in general comparison to the other files. also if the device came with software look around for a restore factory settings button or wizard, and once the device is completely clear restart it and reload the files back onto it, remove the device (safely) then switch it off and back on and then try it out again. hope things work out bro.
