Try resetting the device it?s usually a small pinhole on the back or side of the device try holding that in for about 10 seconds OR Try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilities from the manufacturer?s website. Make sure that you back your music up first because when you do this you are setting it back to factory settings.
Two or three possibilities: 1) The format of the music songs is wrong --> solution: convert the songs to the right format 2) The license on the songs has expired - especially if acquired from a music service --> solution: renew your subscription 3) The device has been switched from MSD mode to MTP mode or vice versa - solution: see manual for details on changing this setting
what os do you have xp or ? if its xp have your mp3 hooked up before hand and goto start then my computer and right click that then properties/harware/device manager-disk drives right click your mp3 and uninstall it.Then unhook it from your pc restart the pc and hook it back up your pc will find it again and should work from there
no worries. there may be a read error. if it still connects to your computer fine download all of the files, movies, mp3, mp4 etc back onto your computer. once you have done this go into the file holding all of the mp3's and set the file to show details and look for a mp3 that is the incorrect file size... in general comparison to the other files. also if the device came with software look around for a restore factory settings button or wizard, and once the device is completely clear restart it and reload the files back onto it, remove the device (safely) then switch it off and back on and then try it out again.
hope things work out bro.
You have to reset it back to factory settings because you deleted with the original demo music some files needed to start the built-in player.
So do the factory reset after you restart your Pavit MP3 Player. Then copy you music and play them.
