Question about Canon PowerShot A560 Digital Camera

Powershot a560 with win server 2003 R2

My computer won't recognize the camera and when i plug it in and go under my computer to manually select the device it asks for a disc aka a driver... canons website doesnt have a driver for server they only have on for 2000. any help woudl be greatly appreciated!

The only thing i can say is to check out this link and maybecontact them directly.. unfortunately, this isn't the first time i've seen this issue based on the os you are using..

Deleting photos from camera


Hi,

For the Powershot A560:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Turn on the camera in playback mode.
2. Select a picture using the right or left arrow buttons on the back of the camera.
3. Press the button with an icon of a trash can.
4. A menu comes up:

Erase? Erase Cancel

5. Select "Erase", then press "FUNC. SET."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You can restart your computer whilist the camera is connected so that when computer starts it quickly reads the camera and can boot from it.
