Line noise comes from several conditions such as a bad cable connection, a bad in/out port, a bad power transformer, communication line failure, etc. Check all conditions and if none of the suggested are defective, the modem has a defect and needs attention.
Of course the possibles were checked for. Contaminated shoes, overly adjusted tight, shoes installed backwards(short shoe faces front), resurfaced drums that actually have a thread like groove to them that acts like a nut(turned too fast and horizontal set too high), front fluid flow restricted via hoses or bent lines, shoe hold downs ???? What was reason for master cyl. replacement? Was the same problem present before? If simply leaking and problem occured after replacement I'ld say bad master. Proportioning valves rarely go out. However they can get air bound and don't bleed correctly. You must hold in or out on reset valve till accomplished. Usually detected by variation in bleed/flow rate. Check over and report findings. The more info the closer the diagnoses.

Don't know the printer unless I see it.
Does it have a glass window below the toner/drum cartridge?
If so, wet your finger, wipe one direction only, clean your finger, do it again.
Then try to print.
Whenever you change a toner repeat.
check the owner's manual, many breitling models have screw-in chrono buttons for the same reason as a screw-in crown. It may have a tough push to get it started but you should feel no grinding. A pop or a snap and the chrono should run. Otherwise you are going to have to send it to a service center on Breitling.com (assuming it is real). Remember, a chrono is $6000, do you want a local shoe repair shop to work on it without proper tools, or a Breitling center with the special tools. This is what you get in to when you get an expensive watch!
