Check for pawer back at the pump. If it is working that there will be power to the fuel pump. If it is not working than there won't be power to the pump. Granted that the wiring is in good shape.
usually power windows have a relay that sends current to the windows due to the high current flow that the switch can not handle.
So, the switch works through a fuse and when you activate the switch it sends power to the relay. The relay then closes and sends power to the window motor. Look for a relay either in the fuse panel or in the engine compartment fuse/relay ox. check owner manual for location.
