Question about Compaq Presario 5000 PC Desktop
My mouse just froze after re-connecting my desktop. Everything else is OK but the mouse will not move....what do u suggest???
Look at back of the computer..make sure that the mouse is connected in the right place ....the mouse and the keyboard are the same fittings and are usually next to each other ...sometimes coloured sometimes with a icon above them.if everything is where it should be reboot into safe mode then reboot as normal.best bet use a wheel mouse..just plug it in usb ....dont even have to install software for it,windows will find it.
