It sounds as if there is a conflict between the two sets of printer drivers. I would uninstall the new printers software and install the PSC's first. If it installs ok then reinstall the new printers driver. Hopefully all will be well.

Sounds like your classic driver problem. Look in Device Manager and find your webcam. Right click on it an update driver/reinstall driver.

Am trying to install my microsoft webcam to my pc but am not getting it done. am trying to download a software to help me because I dont have the cd for the camera. what should i do?

On the right side you'll find the "Download Software" link.
Choose product, model, operating system, language, and download the driver.
