I bought a new Aspire 5630-6288 a couple months ago. My son said the Vista OS is not good, so he installed WinXP on it. Now it's not connecting to the internet, and it brings no recovery disk. What can I do to connect it to the internet?

go to network and sharing center. it should be where you click on the internet icon down at the bottom in taskbar right side. when it opens try setting up a new network. if that don't do it check to make sure your wi fi is on or needs resetting. also on that page in the network center is a pretty good troubleshooter. good luck
