You need to go into Setting BS. Which is in the Menu funtion and then scroll down twice. Then press the arrow right ket and it should say input code. Press star key once then type in the time, and press the right arrow key again to register it. Repeat the same process to enter the date except press the star key twice at the input code stage. Hope that makes sense!!
Try calling your phone Panasonic kx a144es using another phone, the time might set itself automatically, it does on most phones.
This is just a suggestion, I don't know much about Panasonic.
Press the "Menu" key.
Use the up and down arrow keys to select "Date and time." Press "OK."
Enter the month, date and year using two digits for each on the keypad.
Enter the hour and minute in 12-hour clock format using the keypad.
Press the asterisk (*) key to toggle between "AM" and "PM."
Press "OK" and then "OFF."
