Flow totalizer is not working

I am currently working at an ethanol plant and the flow totalizers are not working can some send me some information or direct me to the right place in the programming manual.

FRONT WIPER/WASHER SYSTEM

The windshield wipers can be operated with the windshield wiper switch when the ignition switch is in the RUN or ACCESSORY positions. The wiper/washer switch is integral to the multi-function switch. It is a resistive MUX switch that sends inputs to the Steering Control Module (SCCM) then across the LIN bus to the Cabin Control Node (CCN) and from the (CCN) across the CAN Interior High Speed bus (CAN I-HS) to the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) to operate the wiper/washer system.

FRONT WIPER/WASHER SYSTEM

The wiper motor has permanent magnetic fields. The speeds are determined by current flow to the appropriate set of brushes inside the motor. The current flow is controlled by the multi-function switch. The high speed/low speed relays are located in the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM), and cannot be serviced separately. The speed sensitive intermittent wiper is controlled by the TIPM. When in the intermittent mode, and the vehicle traveling greater than 10 mph, the delay between wipes will range from 1 to 18 seconds. With the vehicle traveling less than 10 mph, the time delay doubles to a delay range of 2 to 36 seconds. The wiper arms will park at the base of the windshield just above the cowl cover after the wiper switch is turned OFF. The washer pump for the front washer system is shared with the rear washer system by the use of a reversible washer pump motor. The windshield wiper motor and linkage is located in an integral wiper unit at the rear of the engine compartment. The wiper unit must be removed to gain access to the wiper motor.

Going to assume your not FI, so with that being said, smell your oil, if it has a smell of gas then your carbs have flooded and you have gas in your oil. Do not run the bike, change the oil & filter and fix the float's or it will happen again ... ethanol is our worst enemy!

A path for the flow of current: Physical Science


Current is simply the flow of electrons though a conductor.

A path for the flow of current is simply the type of conductor that the electrons are able to flow through.
Electrons will flow through any material from wood to plastic, from copper to mercury cooled, to sub zero temperature's, using cryogenics.

A Conductor will allow electrons to flow at a speed that is roughly 40.7k this is equivalent to 0.001 mv which is hardly enough to provide power to the base in a transistor. None the less this is still classed as an electrical current.

You pick up a piece of metal and it will already have an electric current running though it. You connect it to a Source (a chemical reaction, material reaction or nuclear reaction) and the conductor will allow electrons to flow through it at 250 times the speed of the original electron flow rate, depending on the material type used in the conductor.

The path of the current is the same the path of Voltage.
Voltage is the measurement of the pressure in the wire as the electrons flow through it.
Current is the measurement of the Frequency in the wire as Voltage passes through it.
Watt's is the measurement of work done per second as current flows through the wire, also referred to as Amps.

If you want a direct path for current and only current I would suggest using a linear accelerator. I highly doubt this is an option for you but it is the only way you can confine and produce an electric current using electrons. Total cost for a small machine is 84Million + building cost + land to build it on + operation license's + employment costs because you need more than 62 people to operate such a device, + planning permission.

What is the different between a direct and indirect meter


DIRECT HEAT METERING The direct metering is the most accurate and reliable system for measuring the amount of energy used by individual households for heating their homes. The solution is applicable only in heat systems with horizontal distribution pipes network or areas in which the heat transfer fluid is distributed to individual apartments or to industrial plants, by district heating or by an individual central unit servicing more buildings. The system is composed by a thermal energy meter, a motorized valve controlled by a programmable thermostat located inside the apartment, in this way the user can adjust the temperature of the household and determine the hours of heating being able to manage the system according to his specific needs. .

INDIRECT HEAT METERING The indirect metering is applied to the plants where the distribution of the heat transfer fluid is achieved through risers, which means that the pipes of fluid flowing through the radiators of the single apartments have more points adrift from the main system (risers) that feed the individual radiators, making it difficult to measure the flow rate of fluid that enters the apartment. For simplicity we use the example of a riser which feeds the radiator of a room and at the same time also the counterpart room located on the upper floor. In this case, the use of individual devices, defined as heat cost allocators, installed on each radiator within individual apartments allows to avoid the unfair solution for which heating costs are allocated in accordance with the size of the apartment. Based on the operating parameters of the radiator itself it is calculated, in an indirect way, the amount of heat that the radiator releases into the environment. The sum of the readings of all the radiators provides the total consumption of the apartment and, with all apartments equipped with devices set with homogeneous parameters, you can proceed with the allocation by individual apartment of the centralized system total heating costs.

No flow from EcoWater undersink filtration unit. Flow stopped so we changed two carbon filters and one sediment filter. Still almost no flow.


The water storage has probably lost its charge. A 3 gallon tank should have 7 psi pre-charge pressure. Tank has to be totally empty to set pre-charge. Turn water off to RO, pump air into tank to force all the water out at faucet, turn tank valve off and relieve pressure until 7psi charge.

This car runs hot when idleing but is fine at highway speeds. I just replaced the water pump and had the radiator rodded out. the electric fan is running fine and moving air well.


The thermostat might be stuck open. If it is then water running into the radiator is not spending enough time there to cool off before flowing back to the engine block. At speed the increased airflow is having a greater cooling effect while blowing through the radiator fins. With the car totally cool, open the radiator cap and then start the car. Watch the water flow in the radiator. If it is flowing straight through right from the start, you'll know it is the thermostat. It should sit in the radiator until the engine reaches opening temperature and then the flow begins. As soon as the cool water from the radiator reaches the thermostat, it closes and the flow stops. So constant flow equals bad thermostat, flow then stop then flow equals working properly.

check voltage and currnet flow to pump. If you do not have debris collecting in the fuel pump gears, then it is drawing too much current. Tear one of the pumps down and look for debris clooging the pump drive gears.
If too much current, check for a bad ground circuit as well. report results and we'll g from there.
