Question about Computers & Internet
I need to take apart my Vaio. My kids dropped it with the power cord in and the power connection broke. It still works intermittently, but I'm want to fix the connection so it works all the time. I took off all the screws from the back, removed the battery and undid the clips behind it. I can peel back most of the keyboard/cover, but I'm stuck where the floppy drive is. The cover is still firmly attached in this location and I can't figure out how to complete the disassembly. Thanks, ****
It would be useful to know which model vaio you have as it would help giving you advice or links to service manuals. Alot of Vaio's have small plastic square covers on them that have screws behind them.
