-   Same problem...I have had great success in the past cleaning the print head on an inkjet printer but first and foremost you have to gain access to the print head....what's the easiest way to gain this ...my black ink prints perfectly ...should I start tearing this baby down to try cleaning the color nozzle area ?-   shelld

-   my 2 year old R220 suddenly started printing blank pages during a nozzle clean and check procedure. Tried 2 new sets of inks+SSC utility + system restore+ reinstalled drivers and NADA !!!!! All this is very stange becuase ink flows during the clean process, the Monitor shows the ink levels but dont undesrtand why it goes through the motion of printing but nothing is printed??!!!-   surfing69

-   magenta and cyan is empty. we replace them but still printer say empty and
could not print.

-   installed new cartridges,printer goes through motions of printing but nothing prints.Cleaned heads align them etc.nothing prints at all.
