When I plug in the usb for Dynex Keyboard, it doesn't work.

Sounds like you've got a bad keyboard.

You should contact Dynex direct for in-warranty replacement.

You can reach them here.

Use LogitechMX3000 with optical mouse. The mouse has stopped working. Keyboard OK. I have replaced batteries. Help please How can I use keyboard to do mouse functions whilst mouse does not work?

Hi, I suggest you to contact the Logitech support for a replacement this is an hardware failure and it's covered by warranty terms.
If you are not under warranty you still can contact them as I know for instance in Europe they can offer you some good deal on nowadays products for out of warranty people.
US/Canada support: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/contact

Thanks and have a nice day ! J -

My left button is loose and i dont no why

This is know to happen with this model Notebook. If its still in warranty contact your vendor. You can always tap the touchpad as a left click or use a mouse instead if it stops working.

I bought my mouse and it just stopped working.

If tat has an USB interface, try inserting it in other usb ports. May be due to conflicts of drivers

Logitech cordess mouse stopped workig

Have you pressed the re establish contact buttons on the underneath of the mouse and the receiver unit .
They sometimes just dont boot properly and forget who they should be talking to .. repressing these buttons usually re establishes conntact and they work again , another cause may be dust on laser reciever on mouse clean with a small paint brush (dry ) and this also sometimes cures problem especially with erratic movement ....... regards Vortash

Keyboard problem

If they both stopped working at the same then it's probably a problem with the motherboard and not the keyboard or mouse per say.

Regardless we've got to try something, right?

I'd start with removing the keyboard and mouse from the device manager, then restart the computer (without the external mouse and keyboard)

If that doesn't work try updating the bios.

If the model you listed above is correct then the latest version for your laptop is located here:

Let me know what happens.

Best of luck!

My screen does not respond on my Hp touchsmart pc IQ 506

Is it still under warranty? It should be. If not then HP will help either way. This is a new development for HP to start with. Go to HP/support.com there are questions there to match up with the problem you are having if not then you can send them you actual problem you are having. They will most likely either pick up your PC at no cost or do a remote access to resolve your issue. Have any problem in doing this let me know and I will help you.
