Most common problem with these machines are the CPU and drain pump. I would change both

It can be due to insufficient RPM of the dryer or due to water logging within the drum.

lift the front of the machine and set on blocks about 3"

reach under to back to the blak flexable pipe and squeeze several times to loosen hair soap gunk eccetera.

start mahine on rinse cyle

it should start to drain on its own

Some of these new top loaders require Frontloader detergent.I know F&P Aquasmart does.if you are useing Topload detergent it maybe over sudsing.Even though its a top loader some of them are ment to use Front load detergent..Fill with water & flush several times.check your book for type of detergent to use or ring & ask F&P.

There is a service summary with error codes under the control panel in a zip lock bag. My pump was being blocked by a bobby pin. removing the basket allowed access to the pump and I was able to clean out the suction. I was amazed by the scum build up under the basket. I will now remove the basket yearly to clean under it.

Emptied washer, tipped it on its side, detached drainage pipes underneath, and pulled out old fabric/lint/blockage with tweezers. Plugged in, switched on, all good.

THE PROBLEM IS THE AMOUNT OF DETERGENT YOU ARE USING.YOU NEED TO BE USING HE OR HIGH EFFECIENT DETERGENT. THIS MACHINE USES MUCH LESS WATER THAN YOUR VERAGE TOP LOADER.
