My bx2200 cut off as soon as it was turned on and started smoking?
Took the bottom cover off and can see soot an char on a couple of the black parts that are mounted down the side of the heatsink. there is about six on each side of the amplifier
my problem is that the amp comes on and then cuts off like in 2sec when i tested the transistors the tested good someone told me the board has a power on board is this true and if so where do i get the parts

It sounds like the power supply transistors have failed. You'll need to pull the clamps and get the numbers off of the transistors. It's also possible that the 47 ohm gate resistors have failed. After removing the old transistors, you need to check the resistors individually.

My guess is that you had it turned up so high for so long you melted something. This would be from large current draw over extended period of time with inadequate ventilation for the resulting heat. I have done this myself, so I feel your pain.
If you are feeling brave, you could open it up and look for any charred or melted wiring, and replacing it with a patch wire. If you see any evidence of scorching or melting on any of the circuit boards instead, it's not worth fixing.
Since it is a Pyle amp (which is actually just a re-branded Pyramid), it would probably cost the same to just replace it with a new one or from eBay.
if theres an excissive amount of black smoke, then you have a fuel problem. something i sletting way too much gas into your engine. the most probable cause is a bad fuel injector o-ring. to check this, fijrst take off the air intake. while your under the hood, keep an eye on the inside of the throttle body., while a friend sits inside your truck and turns on the ignition. dont try to start the vehicle, just turn the keyswitch on. if the injector o-rings are bad, you should see gas leaking from the injector inside the throttle body. it will be pretty obvious. this is assuming your truck has throttle body fuel injection. you didnt say what year it is...
suonds like the amp is overheating, try turning the peak knob down about 1/4 turn and turn it on and see if it still does it, also see if the fan kicks in, if not that is normally easy to fix. any auto sound system store will have the replacement fan for it. if not take the fan out of it and take it to a radio shack, I know you are going to say " BUT IT IS A RADIO SHACK PART" well the main thing you pay for with everything is the names. the parts are all made over seas and are shipped here on the same container ships, all electronic parts are the same, all you are paying for is the name pioneer, sony, octain etc. they are all the same parts.... hope this will help you.
these are the trasistors..The ones closest to the power connectors are probably the ones for power supply and or 15 volt regulators..The rest are for amplifier section.Im guessing all except regulatos will be MOSFET transistors .If you are to replace them ..Stick to original parts..You can probably find these at mcmelectronics.com or mouserelectronics.com Just give then the numbers on transistors .Also make sure all other parts around shorted parts are okay before you install new parts..
Well if you took off the cover on the amp and nothing seems to be burn't, check the voice coils on the sub. It's possible the voice coils have separated and is causing the amp to short it self out due to ground error. If that doesn't help let me know and I'll tell you the next step.
